Boston University 2023 Calendar – The MBA Center is pleased to welcome you to Questro. It's an exciting time, but we know it can be a little too much. First, let's start your next step, which outlines the important things you need to do before you officially launch your program with us in August. The sidebars with important dates and deadlines indicate the steps in which you will complete the following steps, both required work and optional activities in the company.

Here, you'll find a variety of resources to guide you as you transition to Boston and become a Questrom student.

In preparation for LAUNCH in the fall semester, all students must complete a summer internship with the board. Search Pre-Jobs – FT MBA Class of 2023 and read specific instructions for submitting each job.

Please note that work is due on August 13th at 11:59 PM and may take some time to complete.

For newcomers with little or no experience in these areas, this preparation is very serious and you should allow 40 hours of complete preparation time. For those with previous experience, the time required should be less.

Men's Ice Hockey Announces 2022 23 Leadership Group

Look for an announcement from the MBA Center in late June, which will include information about curriculum, enrollment, and more. Your academic advisor will register you for fall semester classes at the end of the summer.

Your curriculum may require a combination of textbooks and textbooks. The lesson pack contains photo tutorials and textbooks.

Additional textbooks will be available at the BU Barnes & Noble bookstore at 910 Commonwealth Ave beginning in mid-August. These textbooks will also be distributed to your site prior to Blackboard's implementation later in the summer.

There are several steps for pre-employment, which will be clearly defined in your first-year MBA assignments and boards. You have several deadlines from July 1st.

Creating a meaningful career plan and a successful job search take a lot of effort and are an important part of the graduate school experience. The MBA Center and the Feld Center for Industry Associations are active and talented partners who will work with you during this process. You will learn more about our career coaching team this summer and when you arrive on campus for orientation. In the meantime, you can get a head start by visiting Questrom's Feld Center for Industry Alliances website.

Questrom's international coaching session will be held concurrently with the FTMBA LAUNCH this year. There may be an optional program for international students before August 16; We will let you know if so! Please see your start time update (August 16-31) for information about the time required for international students.

As an international student, there are many things you need to know before you arrive. The International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO) is available to assist you in any way. ISSO also conducts a small orientation in early September.

The International Center for Students and Scholars is a resource for the entire BU community. This simple tool will allow you to search for information about education, the BU community, health / safety, employment / employment and housing.

If English is not your first language and you want to learn it when you arrive, BU offers a free student language program, Language Connection. If you're looking for more help outside of this resource, take a look

The university requests information about medical history, completion of alcohol and sexual violence prevention programs, and prescriptions (required by law). By law, the following medical conditions must be met before enrolling in classes. In addition, BU requires all students to receive the Covid-19 vaccine or have official approval for the Covid-19 vaccine. If you fail to meet the health requirements, your student account will be placed on hold. Although you must set up your BU email account in June to complete this process, we encourage you to review the requirements now, especially those related to vaccines.

Go to Student Health Services and click "Get Started" and click "I need to complete my incoming health check." This will lead you to the health requirements guide and answer any questions you may have.

We care about your health and well-being while you complete your degree. BU Student Health Services is ready to help you get started using their services. SHIP is Boston University's student health insurance plan. The 2021-2022 plan will begin on August 15, 2021.

As a full-time student, one of the gyms at the BU Recreation and Fitness Center (FitRec) is included. Once you arrive on campus, you can choose to activate your group through FitRec.

Boston University's business center has graduate housing near the Kuesstrom School. Please note that these rooms fill up quickly. The Office of Off-Campus Services provides online listings of off-campus housing, dorm rooms or apartments, and roommates. Questrom Common is your gateway to the Questrom graduate experience. Commons allows you to view events and register, join student groups, access resources, and connect with your community. During the summer, you will receive more information and access to our site and mobile app, which you will use during LANSTVA. In the meantime, you can view a list of active student groups on our public events calendar.

BU Connections allows students to connect with aspiring alumni and current Boston University students and other alumni. You can explore the system to find students who match your career interests, then conduct informational interviews, request job shadowing, find a flexible career advisor, and more. Getting started is easy, as the platform integrates with LinkedIn.
