The number of confirmed cases of the COVID-19 coronavirus in Arizona rose to 6,045 today, up from 5,769 yesterday, and 266 Arizonans have died from the virus, according to the Arizona Department of Health.

There are 3,116 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Maricopa County, 1,060 in Pima County, 583 in Navajo County, 391 in Coconio County, 317 in Pinal County, 75 in Yavapai County, 296 in Apache County, 42 in Yuma County, and 73 in Yuma County. in Mohawk County, 30 in Mojave County, 34 in Santa Cruz County, 7 in Graham County, 8 in La Paz County, 11 in Gila County and 2 in Greenlee County.
According to the Arizona Department of Health, the 20- to 44-year-old age group suffered the most cases of Covid-19 with 2,253 cases, followed by those over 65 with 1,484 cases.
Half of those who died from Covid-19 were white/non-Hispanic, 11% were of unknown race/ethnicity, 20% were Native American, 14% were Hispanic or Latino, 3% were black/non-Hispanic, 2 % is not. – Spanish. Asian/Pacific Islander and 1% other/non-Hispanic.
