Hunter College Spring Calendar 2023 – Mr. Gatto founded the Academy of the Arts and College Prep (ACPA) in 2002 and has served as its director since 2010. Before working in administration, Mr. Gatto taught algebra and geometry at ACPA and various disciplines. The high school focuses on Columbus City Schools
Mr. Wagner has taught at ACPA since 2014. He has taught Geometry, Real World Math, and AP Calculus at ACPA. This year he is excited to start teaching Algebra 2. ACPA students are her favorite because of their creativity and energy. Math class is the key to the world!

Sarah graduated from Bowling Green State University with one goal: to teach at ACPA. It is not true. Even when he found out what he thought his "dream school" was, he immediately rewrote that part of the story.

Ms. Silver graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Spanish. Silver enjoys spending time with her 5-year-old son, reading (her favorite book is Pride and Prejudice), and cooking (she makes an amazing coconut pea curry)! Ms. Silver's Fun Facts – Her Babysitter Married Seth Rogen! Be sure to go to the front desk at the high school and say hello to Silver!

Ms. J graduated from ACPA in 2012. And we're excited to have her back in the community as a teaching assistant! Mr. J enjoys singing and acting in community theater. And now that he's taking guitar lessons, Jay mostly credits his ACPA teachers for making a positive difference in his life. And he wants to be a mentor to all current ACPA students.
Mr. Cooper aspires to become a lawyer. He studied marketing, photography, and real estate. English technical communication for high school and administrative management before graduation, decided to study corporate communication and master's in psychology. The growth of youth and teenagers after working with the university, he fell in love with education. He finally found his dream job at ACPA. She is the proud mother of ACPA alumni. He wants every child to succeed.

With a bachelor's degree in art education rooted in a love of music and a desire to help students achieve success on their path. I was in my natural habitat at ACPA. I am grateful every day to work at a school that values individuality, intelligence, and creativity.
Remote Exam Information
Ms Chin is an Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a clinically trained therapist. She came to ACPA from Nationwide Children's Hospital and is excited to be a social worker at your school! Mr. Chin enjoys empowering students and families by supporting mental health and connecting community resources with our schools. Ms. Chin is part of ACPA's Mental Health Section and provides counseling and therapy to students. Crisis management Help small groups and teach classes too! Mr. Chin has BA and MA degrees in Political Science and World Religions. before earning a master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University. Mr. Chin is very interested in body politics. The horror film Strange Literature and its English bulldog Delilah Jane

Ms. Nao is originally from Southeast Ohio. and recently moved to this area. Before coming to ACPA, she worked in a special education classroom for over 8 years and loved to travel whenever she could. And he always chooses to rest on the beach with a book in hand. She enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her lover and her dog Fitz. He is excited to return to ACPA for a second year!
Hello! My name is Aguilah Boldware. I support students with individualized plans for a ten-year visit. I am married to two wonderful women. (Both attended ACPA High School) Some interesting facts about me include: I love the Cleveland Cavaliers. Before I became a teacher, I worked as a court engraver. I like to cook, bake, listen to music and spend time with my loved ones. I am so excited and grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing ACPA community!

Student Activist Series
I feel at home when I walk into this school, I want to help my students feel safe and supported in this school. I have worked with individuals with individual programs for 6 years, 3 of which have been in an interventionist/secondary practitioner role. I have a golden retriever named Champion. My grandson will be born in November. I work on the Columbus Drag scene. I write poetry and I hope I can turn my poems into songs. I am so excited to be a part of the ACPA family!
Hello! My name is Nate and I am looking forward to my second year at ACPA as an interventionist. I love the unique potential of every person in the world. And for over 6 years now, I've enjoyed helping people with individual programs when I leave school. I enjoy spending time with my cats Maurice and Peach, editing videos, working as a supervisor for my clients, mainly my brother. And joy in the meadows

Faith has been a member of the ACPA community since her freshman year in 2010! She enjoys tending her garden and sixteen chickens. Attend music festivals and concerts and go on adventures with her two children, Lorelei, 8, Anthony, 2, and Anthony's wife, who is also an ACPA graduate. She is excited to finally realize her marketing and ACPA dream this year!
Creative Writing Mfa Calendar
Dallas is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, where she began dancing at the age of 3 at a local dance studio. Dallas has had a lot of success. Including performing pieces created by Andre Fuentes, Britney Spears' choreographer and traveling around the country to participate in competitions and conferences. Prior to joining the ACPA team, Dallas worked at BalletMet, teaching dance lessons to the company's interns. Columbus State College students and Reynoldsburg Area High School students. She is excited to be a part of the ACPA team and have the opportunity to work with so many talented students and faculty!

A highly accomplished classical percussionist who grew up in a garage band, Demland has found his dream job at ACPA since joining the ACPA family in 2005. He has worked to create innovative music programs that combine the best of both worlds to create a new generation. Talented and creative musicians
Theo Jackson (sounds like TAYO) has been making music in Columbus ever since… um. It has been a while! While making music, you'll find him playing piano, bass, drums, guitar, trumpet or singing – and often more than one instrument! He has more than 100 original compositions for band and theater. And even the weird commercials you still hear on the radio. Theo holds a BA in Vocal Performance from Otterbein and is visiting faculty at The Ohio State University teaching "Vocal Song" classes to develop young musicians' ability to perform music through music. He has directed more than 30 musicals, including at Wagnalls Community Theatre, CATCO and Actors Theater and The Ohio State University.

Mr. Dodge originally came to ACPA as a visiting committee member. And he quickly decided that this was where he wanted to be. While continuing to work as an artist, he taught improvisation and directing in the fall. Now he spends most of his time in the English department. whose plays are often on the page
Ms. Holmes joined the Visual Arts Department in 2007. (In the main building!) She loves working with the creative and generous students who fill her classroom every day. Mrs. Holmes began to sew. She received her BFA from Ohio Wesleyan University and now plays bass in a band, has kids at ACPA, and recently became certified as a yoga instructor!

Hunter-Lombardy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design. and a Master of Fine Arts from The Ohio State University. Hunter-Lombardy's current job is his love
