Upenn Holiday Calendar 2023 – Since resilience has emerged in the world as a guiding principle for development, understanding the implications of its transformative capacity becomes imperative. Engaging critically with the concept of resilience requires the recognition of its different forms, positive and negative, in urban systems and according to its interpretation and purpose.
This conference seeks to advance the conversation on the meaning and practice of resilience by sharing perspectives from academics, practitioners, students and communities from diverse backgrounds and disciplines in Latin America and the Caribbean.

We invite all Penn State College applicants interested in the Park University Curriculum Track to indicate this on the secondary application. Those interested candidates who are invited to the interview will be able to meet the students and professors of the UP and participate in specific admission activities at the Regional Campus of the University Park. We believe that this experience will allow interested students to better understand the unique characteristics of the University Park Curriculum and help the selection committee to assess how the candidate could fit into its small, team-oriented educational environment and self directed The College of icine then extends the offers to selected students.
